Why another dialect?

New dialect is being designed just for fun and self-education of the author. The goal of the project is to create such programming language as C but with more strict rules and predictable behaviour. At first it is planned to develop a converter of source code from StrictAL to C. Perhaps even a real compiler will be created someday.
